Perspectives from previous Bowls:

“The I.AIM bowl was incredibly rewarding for me. I was inspired by the breadth of ideas pitched during the competition and impressed with the quality of work. Can’t wait for the next competition.

It also was a blast serving as a mentor for the team from Penn State, which ultimately won the competition! I enjoyed connecting with the team of students, residents, and fellows on that project – I learned as much from them as they did from me. I developed an ongoing relationship with the founder and expect to see great things in the future. I also connected them with venture capital firms and entrepreneurs in my network, with intent to launch their solution to the market.”

“The student teams participating in the inaugural AI Bowl last year developed several prototypes with a potential to be implemented as real-life applications to improve equitable access to healthcare. The AI Bowl provides tremendous opportunities for leveraging academic expertise to develop innovative solutions that can be then scaled up to power the ongoing AI fueled revolution in healthcare.”
